Who are we?
TPF Logistics is the storage and distribution division of The Print Factory, providing a responsive and cost-effective service for hundreds of clients.
What do we do?
We pick, pack, assemble, label and despatch goods for a range of companies, like Ladbrokes, First Active, Direct Line, Hilton Hotels and The Tussauds Group. All stock is stored safely and securely in our massive warehouse in Northampton.

- We have 25,000 sq feet of storage space – that’s room for a whopping 3,500 pallets. We’ll store pretty much anything – from a box of branded pens to 3,000 cuddly reindeer.
- We can hold products for pre-kitting for direct mail pieces, goods awaiting dispatch or products held for frequent picking.
- Once we receive your request, we aim to deliver your product within 48 hours – by parcel carrier, pallet service or bespoke vehicle – anywhere in the UK. But we can do it quicker if you want us to.
- We’ll keep you and your clients updated with stock lists, historical statistical information and performance schedules.
- We offer a highly flexible courier service at prices you’ll find very difficult to match elsewhere.
- We can arrange any delivery from a 1kg parcel to 1,000 pallets, anywhere in the world.
- We offer the most up to date software, including real-time tracking.

- Our integrated information management system, Axis, provides automated import and creation of pick lists and consignment documents, providing our customers with online inventory and a real-time, automated 24/7 tracking and POD facility.
- We can create a customer website featuring online ordering with a bespoke order facility. In addition, our central customer service team can provide a help desk function.
